Thanks for this post.

A friend of mine is trying to lose weight & she has been talking about how she hit a plateau with the weight loss. She also walks about 2-3 miles a day and follows a fairly low carb / low sugar diet.

I'll pass this idea on to her & let you know how it works for her in a week or two
