great post, I'll give that a whirl, I"m an avid walker myself, but I think a lot of people out there that are under 30 don't get the metabolism shift that naturally occurs....sugar cravings have never been a biggie with me, but the wife might like to give that a whrl, she's always had a bad sweet tooth LOL
