My tummy is getting smaller day by day. I can see the difference in the mirror.
I even went to a Chinese buffet style restaurant for lunch today to see if I ate a big meal, if I would gain or not. I ate 2 plates of veggies, some shrimp, and some seafood. Went for a mile walk afterwards, came home and no weight gain.
