No its not just exercise when you have a weight problem. When I exercised prior to this I felt my blood sugar was just more out of whack and I'd get back from a workout craving sweets and carbs.
Since I added cinnamon to my daily routine, when I come back from a workout, the cravings are no longer there. Zero, zippo. I can look at a candy bar now and not have the urge to munch it at all.
