I recently came across medical research info on how MHCP (methylhydroxychalcone polymer) a primary compound found in cinnamon can have an incredible impact on controlling your blood sugar levels. MHCP boosts the glycogen content of muscle and liver cells. In other words, MHCP acts as though it were insulin - it is an insulin mimic. MHCP reduces blood glucose levels not just in the presence of insulin but also in its complete absence - and it does so almost as well as insulin itself.

So about a week ago I started adding a teaspoon of pure cinnamon powder to every cup of green tea I drank, along with honey and a few drops of pure lemon juice. On the first day I did this I felt all my sugar and carb cravings simply vanish. It was like my body was in balance again. My energy levels went way up as well.
I got on the scale the next day and I saw my weight down by a pound. I thought hmmm, that's a good sign. Next day 2 more pounds were gone. By the end of the week, I dropped 7 pounds.

The cinnamon is the key, cause as soon as I added that in the mix the fat started to disappear fast as lightning.
