Ditto. The guy say's she 19 when she's drinking and calls her "underage" because she's not supposed to be drinking. The impression I get is someone videotaped either their computer monitor or television(?) and encoded that video. At the beginning it sounds like the people recording the video are making funny remarks.
That is 100% Paris Hilton. The final, well lit portions of the video show her very clearly. It's her or her identical twin.
