You probably do.

You probably think that the multi-million dollar processes that are put in place protect people from bad side effects.

Like... I dunno.. maybe the ACV could burn into your skull and give you brain damage that would specifically cause you to believe alternative medicine was the only way to go.

Sound about right?

I understand why the FDA has it's drug approval process.

But what about in the case of unpatentable things that have already been used for nearly 100 years.

I mean we know of plenty of things that cause cancer & the various organizations just take the money from they lobbyist middlemen and look the other way....

Why front like they are trying to protect us on something as silly as apple cider vinegar for dandruff treatment?

Why can't they just make a public statement like they do with the wonderful food pyramid?

Why can't they just say:

Quote:

Howdy Americans,

We at the FDA have determined that by using apple cider vinegar with XYZ process, you will no longer have dandruff! -- ENjoy!

With Much Love,

Your friends @ The FDA.
They wont do it because it's an economy killer of course.

I'm not sure how much people spend on anti-dandruf products, but I'm sure its a hell of a lot with some big influential companies involved.

You don't win elections by getting your campaign contributors products phased out due to lack of demand.
