TGP & Program owners, even pimppuppy

We have found a content thief we believe to be very organized.

He has stolen a lot of content from clients of our and using to drive traffic to a few major programs from a lot of TGP sites. The last three URLs we found he had the content on he came to our site and bought the sets in question so he could show the program owner the license.

Three different URLs, three different registrations, different affiliates codes, different credit cards, different registrations with us and one big COINCIDENCE. When we looked closer all the URL registrations were false and the hosting is similar.

So what I'm thinking is could and would the program owners suspend payments to these thieves until they have proven they bought the content legitimately and before they used it. Would TGP owners suspend them?

If shown to be guilty can/will the sponsor refuse to pay the thief?

We will of course be offering the thief the option of buying a ?Post Use? license for a price of $200. So he can still get his money and stay alive.

Should he decide not to we will attack on all fronts to close him down.

So would you help or not?
