If its (personal) 2 guys and 1 girl then will you not refer to it as a "gang bang" to the other guy you shared the girl with?
Of course I was in a "gang bang" in college ('aint school great) but it was 4 guys and a girl. So I guess my definition of a "gang bang" would be 4+ guys and (hopefully) 1+ girl.
