We know from scripture that he was tall and well built. So that we can put together.
Problem is, folks back then were more mixed than we are now. Racism regarding skin color wasn't around. It didn't appear on the scene til about 1,200 years later as the euro-asian-african slave trade began as a means to justify slavery ( which actually means 'slavic' because the arabs used to use slavic people for slavery ).
Bottom line is, race is meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
