Yeah, I'm kinda thinking that too.... unfortunately. As Paul said... he did the videos fully aware that they were breaking the law, not to make it safe for all mankind to do it later... but just simply to do it and make money and hope he doesn't get caught.
Knowingly breaking the law just because others are doing it in Amsterdam or somewhere, that doesn't go over well with the judges.
