No offence Paul, but I think you picked a bad example here... she looks like she's about to burst out laughing... or she's holding in a ripper fart.
One thing I have often wondered... when humans get sexual most of them get heated up. To me, a sexual scene without some rosiness in the cheeks or the face just looks like posing.
