Tricky Rules? Nah, just very picky...
There's a constant "battle" going on. I would love to link sites with hardly any adds and good, big, never before seen pics. Moneymaking wise people would love to get listed with consoles, redirects and all kinds of trickery to make sales (not saying all of you try ;-)... none of both will ever happen. Reality lies somewhere in between there...
I get a lot of galleries every day, about 300-350. I post 70 out of those. I pick the ones that look the fairest towards the visitors. In that way I can agree with the description "tricky", 'cause it's mainly my personal taste. A gallery with 10 pics and 3 banners can look a lot less commercial and surfer-friendly than a gallery with 30 pics and one big banner.
