here is IMHO the most likely scenario:
(in this hypothetical .xxx world)
- government requires all porn behind .xxx domains
- family-friendly ISPs block .xxx domains.
'protecting kids' is a successful advertising angle.
- millions of Moms demand their familys use these ISPs
- business also block .xxx for obvious reasons
Dad now cannot access your sites from home or work.

Of course this leaves foreign sites not subject to US regulation;
their sites will still be accessible. So it's a good thing for them.
