I use frontpage, but don't really ever use the extensions, I just like to publish to my hard drive, them upload the site or changes, to my unix servers, but skip the unnecessary files and folders

It has worked so far, pretty well, the best part of frontpage is the seamless integration of site themes into the web

It makes graphics design work a snap, once you make the them you can apply it to as many pages in the site as you want and it constructs the buttons, text and graphical links for me

Lazy bastard, I know
