I don't like their sign up form. It's not as obvious as it should be for first time users.. it should be more than a text link, and the text should be proactive.

it sounds like you want to let them sample some cookies in the supermarket.. and at the bottom of the tally it looks like an upsell.

and if they enter in an email when they're not a current user it should take them to the sign up page with their email already filled out.
or something to that effect. It's not the biggest deal but it's enough to think i'd be losing sales if i used them. Total morons should be able to purchase your product, I hate making it harder than neccessary for them it's just a few basic usability issues that could be ironed out in 2 seconds
