The guy is looking for a little constructive criticism... You could give him some info since you two are "webmasters?" I mean i know alot of adult webmasters, and if I asked them for input (which i have) and they have been more than rash, but it was all constructive...
you don't need to be rude to him, the guy is just trying to perfect his skills like the rest of us. At least he's trying to make an honest buck, and not trying to scam people by lying to them, or filling the web with kiddie porn....
Try and be a little nicer, and use a little constructive criticism...
