looks really nice
but about the gallery
I would move tha banner higher and 16 thumbs is enough no need to use 20
maybe the better design would be like this

BANNER

4 pics in a row

MAIN PAGE link

do not use "more galleries" as a link to main page
some TGPs won't post you then
