HSN is not presented as a site, it's presented more like a product....Click on the Product Center on the right, and you will see a list in the main screen :
-GIM Paysites
-BYOT Tours
-Home Sex Network
-Advertising Revenue Service
Then Select HSN and it has it;s options : Promo materials, Links and Stats....
about a volume deal..not sure, i;m not into big traffic myself, but if you do high volume icq me , i can get you unique content FREE for promoting HSN
