I think Microsoft products suck, and it seems pretty lame as I write this but the only programme Ive ever known to work properly isnt even a webmaster tool!
It's MSN Messenger! lol
Mind u, here in England, there's no substitute! We HAVE to buy computers with Microsoft installed! Sob!
