The domain is cashtools.com, I registered it with plans to do something with it but I can't find the time. So I would sell it if I can get a nice offer. Now somebody wants to buy it and they say they have trademarked cashtools.com and the logo (?).
They say there lawyer will get on everybody that uses the domain in America.
Is this possible? Since I am willing to sell it, what should I ask? Should I tell other interested people about the trademark thing?
