I think the major thing most people miss, and its truly a shame, is everyone's concentrating on the girls. Stop and think about the innocent man, just for a sec, then tell me they should just have to do a year of community service in homeless shelters.
If 3 12 year old girls cause you to have to go to jail for 8 months for no reason whatsoever... would you just say "oh they made a simple mistake?"
I wouldn't.
