wizzo in my opinion the punishment is for the familly of the guy who fries...not for him...he's dead he don't care anymore...but his familly is fucked up for the rest of their lives...
also in france we don't have death penalty and the crime rate is proportionally lower than in usa.....
another point is that many people who fried in texas where proven innocents afterwards...
