It's not a straight-on frontal pic, so you lose the "hourglass" effect. She's *slightly* turned to the side, so that can really affect things. Most likely when you're looking at her absolutely straight on, her waist curves in at least a bit.
Either way, she's definitely NOT fat.
She does look like she's had a kid, though. Is she a Mom?
