God Damn, I love National Net

1. Confusion with the billing (when the bill for last month arrived via email today, it was wrong)

2. Replied to email with "This is not right".

3. Received phone call from the owner himself.

4. Problem solved.



All within 10 minutes. Talk about GREAT service.
