Hi,
We are outside EU,
so we need to form some kind of LTD company in EU, so we can establish presence in EU region.

We think that Netherlands is the best option for us,
can someone help us about this and point us to some companies that will finish incorporating and paperwork for us.

Is the UK better choice?
Or some other EU country?
