Here is another thought, If I as a Canadian citizen opened a free hosting site, and held a license for all the images on the domain, Could I allow a US citizen to build a free site on that domain using my licensed content and reap the benefits from their sponsors for generating traffic.
After all i would own
the domain name
the licenses
and the US citizen would be not really liable for owning the content! They would only collect their regular cheques from clicks and refferrals.
Could this be a viable loophole, in case the worst case scenario happens down there?
If Lensman ever needs a Canadian Citizen ........LOL
