I knew it was time to give it up when I went to give blood and passed out. The nurse gave me a small glass of OJ and it was like someone poured the food of the gods in my mouth. I promptly went to 7-11, grabbed a bag of M+Ms and a large coke slurpee, and within a half hour I was feeling better than I ever had before in my life.
Later on I just decided to eat sanely, do slightly calorie reduced with more gym time, dropped 50 pounds and felt great while doing it. I gotta get back to that gym though... project I've been working on lately has had me doing 16 hour days, and I'm starting to spread again.

If you replace "atkins once" with "heroin a lot" you might see what the real problem is.
Carbohydrate addiction is killing America. The bread companies 0wn Congress and stick all that bullshit into the "food pyramid."
JUST SAY NO. Never trust a pyramid scheme.
