If you're a fatfuck who don't exercise you just can't lose weight. You're lose some with Atkins maybe but you'll regain weight after sooner or later. There's no special recipes to lose weight without exercising. Hit the gym and do sport or die as a fatfuck. See all those persons who were fat and started to go at the gym at least 3 times a week and without stopping like a coward .. there's not 1 dissapointed.
