Take the Slick diet, I have 3 steps to help you lose weight.
1 - You can eat what you want, but eat smaller portions.
2 - Try to walk more. When you go to the store, park far away rather than up front or just take a walk once a day or every other day even.
3 - Drink LOTS of water. You should take half of your weight and drink that many ounces of water, so if you're 190lbs, drink 95 ounces of water a day.
If you follow that, you'll loose weight. It's not that hard to do. Heck, I should put those steps in a book and sell them for $20
