hmmm... ok,
here is my thought... carbs are a normal part of our recomended intake. we need them. They cary 4 calories per gram just like protien. fats cary 9, alcohol (my favorite) carries 7.5 grams. Most people making it big on atkins are doing it because they are actually watching what they eat. It is a fucking placebo is all...
Point is - you should try my new Davis diet. Strictly alcohol. (so much easier calories to burn!)
