We have had alot of offers and questions about selling our site.. I am going to try and answer some of them here in general.
The #1 question is: Why would you want to sell a site that is turning a good profit?
Heres your answer: I am in the process of adopting Brandi's 3 children. We lived together for 4 years and then got married, we have been married for 4 years and I have been with the kids since their sperm donar left when they were 3 months old.
MY attorneys believe (and rightfully so) that this would all go much smoother thru the courts if we were not in the business of selling live sexy video. I have to agree.
In any case, We have already undertaken a new business(while still doing everything needed to run pleasuregirls) and the new business is showing us some good potential.
We have had several offers.. tho since this is our baby, we built it in 1999, and it has run strong since the very first day, I am not willing to just unload it on anyone for some cheesy price, and to someone that wont give it the attention it deserves. Someone better than me at marketing and traffic generation will make a very good living from this site. I admit I am not as good at these things as I would like to be, or need to be.
We take pride in the site and we have a close relationship with most all of our girls. At this moment we have around 100 active girls and another 35 waiting in the wings to get on.
The site is set up looking pretty, while the back end is coded in ASP. we run thru the linkpoint gateway and use cardservices as our merchant account.(we pay aprox. 4% per transaction) this is all transferable for a small fee to cardservices. The back end takes care of most everything including generating payrol invoices for each girl, adding girls, arranging the order they appear on the site, posting news etc.( I will be more than happy to run thru this with anyone serious about buying the site on a one on one basis..just hit me up on ICQ)
we have offers ranging from 25k to 45k.. but no one has yet to come up with cash. I will sell it for 25k cash. i will sell it for 35k with a down payment and a payment every month until paid in full.
In other words... I will work with a serious buyer to make an aggrement good for both of us.
We will also, of course, stay and help run and teach for 30 days(and longer if needed)
The site makes more than enough to operate and pay a payment to us while still turning a profit for the buyer. This is not a buy and sink into a pit offer. whoever does buy it will be getting a very good site, very good girls..and all the help they will need to keep it that way.
My court date for the adoption is drawing near, it would be best for me obviously to b completey out of the business before I walk into adoption court.
