nonverbal and/or subconcious clues:
as she talks to you her pupils will widen, and she will play with her hair.
she will look at you as you talk to her, then look down, then look again at you.
she carefully measures her words, hoping she does not say the wrong thing.
if her hands and nails are pretty she will display them.
if she has the right outfit and cleavage she will lean toward you.
she will move into your path if she wants you to pass her and see her.
if she is shy she will approach you with friends less attractive than her, letting her friends do the talking, but hoping you will notice her.
if you are in a position of power she will pout and sit on the edge of your desk, and ask you to help her with something.
she will deliberately get close enough to you so you can smell her perfume.

if any of these things happen be totally natural and direct and express interest in her. ask her to go someplace else where you can talk.
