I owe him nothing. Let me make an example.
Suppose he has a partner named fuckstick. I want to use Epiccash, but Trey denies my application. So fuckstick, who is his partner but doesnt reveal this to me, says hey send to epiccash under my account. So i go ahead, knowing that epiccash doesnt want my traffic.
Fuckstick is ripping me off every week. Trey doesnt know whats going on because nobody tells him the deal. One day trey and fuckstick are talking about me, and fuckstick mentions, Oh i have a plan for mrpheer. Trey gets curious and asks me, and I tell him about the deal, cause i dont know fuckstick is a partner. Then trey starts checking numbers and tells me how much money fucksticks account has been making, and i realize that fuckstick is ripping me off. I wouldnt have known if trey didnt tell me.
Now, trey didnt make the deal and didnt know anything about it till i told him. Fuckstick ripped me off. Is trey responsible for paying me 1/3rd of the amount that fuckstick ripped me off for?
