Fresh moose meat, carved off a front quarter and cubed with a skinning knife. Fried over a driftwood campfire on the bank of the Yukon River in a cast iron frying pan with salt and black pepper for flavoring.

Of course, it was the first thing I'd had to eat for about thirty six hours, so I might have been biased.
