Can anyone recomend a reputable online pharmacy to get vicodin or some other pain medications? There are so many and I don't have the time to figure out which one is the best.

I have a killer fucking toothache and I need pain meds, stat! I would have to pay a $35 dentist visit fee in order to get a prescription since I don't have insurance so I'd just rather get them online.
