There was no way of telling if the WMD was destroyed after he bombed them as they could not check in that immediate duration.
Bush was NOT the only world leader who suspected WMD.
And remember US forces walked past Sadams hole in the ground 100x before they found him. Not to imply that they are still in Iraq.
They could have been hiden, exported, destroyed at the last minute for the sole purpose of what you see now.
They could have been destroyed after the US bombed them under Clinton.
I dont know, and either does anybody else here for that matter
