Has anyone ever heard of Skype (Skype.com)?

The creators of Kazaa have created a system, now in Beta, that will give people free phone calls WORLD-WIDE.

Apparently, these guys are planning on charging only for things like call-waiting, caller ID etc? No more fixed monthly bills, long distance or otherwise.

I opened an account, but I can't really figure out how to use it yet!
