I had the same problem- motherboard , processor and power supply went out after 2 weeks...go to their site and check out their customer forum- you'll find thousands of people in the same position  
After weeks of being on hold so I could talk to the non english speaking techs who then transferred and I held again, blah blah blah    my new slogan is 
"Dude, DON'T get a Dell !! " 
Their service sucks since they now contract it out and that 800 number goes to India
All I have to say about Dell.....
