Honestly, the best names are all registered pretty fast within seconds of the drop by Namewinner, Snapnames, or usually Pool. It will be rare to find a good name with traffic that you can manually register. The lists are geared more toward people who know about using these backorder services, to register names for them. You can still usually find several names with good directory listings and grab those if you're quick enough. As always, you're more than welcome to try it for a day at no charge too.
