it's a lil weird but i judge how good a sushi place is by their tamago (egg). tamago is by far my favorite ending to any sushi outing...it's sweet almost like a desert.
best places i've found for tamago & sushi overall are the Fish Market in San Diego & Oishi here in the San Fernando Valley. both places get two
