question from you workout buffs..
I do the elliptical machine rite.... Is it better doing like 45mins straight on the same level or is it better doing like 4 mins on say level 7, then 1 minute hard on level 15 or so, and then keep repeating every 5mins.......
I used to the hard then normal workout back in the day.. but I'm no workout buff so I don't know which is better...
PS. im looking to lose weight,
