And it did that on good volume. Could be someone got killed in another area and had to cover some shorts, people looking to gamble on the outcome of the Markman hearing, or people getting word of a big deal coming. When anything moves on high than normal volume, in excess of 10%, and with no news, watch it.
Tomorrow's trading will confirm if it was a fluke or not.
