haha. There are rule breakers getting caught all the time that get a slap on the wrist. In your analogy these people get out of the speeding ticket or let off with a warning.

Honestly though I could give a shit about her. I am not a Martha Backer. But how many people here if privy to inside information wouldn't act on it whether it be buy or sell?
