you may think it doesn't mean much... but I've witnessed racism first hand. It does indeed cause damage.
It was at internext in fact. It's an event that plays out in my head all the time. "Why didn't I say anything? WHY??"
The power a few words had over another person was disgusting. They're just words, but the damage they did....
Why didn't I say anything then? The guilt I feel is starting to wear me down. My work load, and this event are getting to me.
