Yeah, "reproduction of this broadcast is strictly prohibited" is kinda.. well, strict.
It's one thing to make a copy and show people, it's another to profit off of it.
I personally don't stick my fingers in front of rabid dogs hoping that they'll just growl a warning first before biting me.
