So an 11 year old is not old enough to be in a mall alone, but at 12 they're generally mature enough to babysit? SO that means that you should never let an 11 year old walk home from school, go to the corner store or anything else? Besides, you were saying in your first statement, essentially, that the parents were ASKING for their child to be abducted, and assuming that they allowed her to dress like a slut. I live 2 blocks from a school, and with the kids I see going by every day, if that little girl is dressed like a slut, I guess 99% of parents let their kids dress like COMPLETE FUCKING HOOKERS.
