I guess you can use it for commercial purposes until they feel like enforcing their TOS.

Yeah and if anyone whos anyone knows yahoo, they have recently changed their TOS to include the ability to SUE now.
There were loopholes that meant they couldnt go after people on yahoo, but now its on.
