Think of what it would be like if the FCC didn't make a big stink about this, you'd be seeing 1000s of lame PR stunts every week from now on. Every show would be pulling shit like that and claiming it was just an accident.

If they don't make an example out of them, it's basically a green light for every live broadcaster out there to go ahead and do PR stunts involving any and or all things not normally allowed to be broadcast.
