Sadly it was the national offices that lied to us. The local office had ONE installer (who had his pre-teen son helping him) and he didn't know squat about the service. He said, "All I do is install and calibrate the dish, if you want to know about the service you'll need to call them." So I did. I asked a ton of questions and I wrote alot of the answers down so I could relay them to my husband later. The national office refused to refund any of the money after numerous attempts to work with them and even after they admitted that customers were routinely told that they would get those speeds they did nothing. They said that occasionally a customer service rep would "forget" to mention that those speeds were NOT available in all areas and such.
It was just awful.
